Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Exchanges
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible! Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.
Exchanges Within India
We offer size and design exchanges within India.
No exchanges or returns for orders outside India.
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds/returns on any product once sold. (Details on the procedure for design exchange are below)
For exchanges, the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have a reverse pickup facility). Any returned items not received by Saurabh Jain World will be treated as not returned.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Saurabh Jain World at the following address:

Please mention your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.
For exchanges, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment via WhatsApp: +91 9136979842. We will be unable to process an exchange if 72 hours have lapsed since the delivery.
Share the courier receipt within 7 days of receiving the product. Beyond this period, we will be unable to process an exchange due to any delay.
Each customer is eligible for an exchange only once.
Design Exchange Procedure
For a design exchange, customers need to send the shipment back. Once the exchange product is received and approved the other design you liked will be shipped back from our end. Please note exchange of other design is also approved only once. Our team is always approachable incase of any queries related to design, size, material or any other questions.
Damaged Products
If the product received is damaged, video and photos are mandatory while unpacking the shipment.
Color Differences
A 10-12% color difference may occur due to screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights. We would be unable to accept this as grounds for exchange or return.
